Summary

This work includes reports of a study conducted by the Ministry of Economic Development with the technical assistance of a foreign consultant to provide financial assistance to the unemployed. In this regard, this work includes stakeholder meeting with consultant Professor Milan Vodopivec and officials of Ministry of Economic Development’s Project management and reports from the Unemployment Insurance Benefits Program, prepared by the consultant, 1. Inception Report; 2. Situation Assessment Report; 3. Simulation and Design Option Report; and 4. Draft of Unemployment Insurance Benefit Program.
